I am an experienced and Dedicated leader
- I bring nearly 35 years of District service as Club President and VPE, Area and Division Director, TLI Dean, Administration Manager, Pathways Guide, Club Growth Director, and Program Quality Director.
- As Club Growth Director, I earned the Excellence in Club Growth Award in 2024-2025, contributing to District 27 becoming Distinguished for the first time in ten years.
- I’ve completed five Paths and a Pathways DTM, am a Triple Crown this year in District 27 and expect to be one in District 36 by May.
I have a blueprint to bring District 220 to success
- I plan to reach out to outgoing District 36 Division Directors one-on-one prior to July 1, treating them to coffee or lunch, to fully understand their challenges and successes.
- I plan to provide opportunities for all incoming District 220 Division and Area Directors to meet in person and establish community.
- I will communicate the Distinguished Club Plan to clubs by stressing the reasons for the goals and what they are – a tool for club success!.
- I will analyze data to address problem areas.
- I will keep the focus on the main thing – helping clubs support their members in achieving self-growth and confidence.
