• July/August 2025 – Trip Sign Up & Deposit
• September 2025-May 2026 – Payments Continue
• Early Spring 2026

– Hotel Room Sign Up

– RRMB Trip Rehearsals* Begin

*Please Note – ALL rehearsals will be required for trip participants. PHS Band Attendance Policy will still be followed for conflicts & absences.

• Late Spring 2026 – Required Trip Meeting for all Travelers
• July 2026 – We depart for Philadelphia!

Fundraising Opportunities - PMB:

1. Scrip - only physical gift cards
1. Woodmans - 5% rebate (2.5% into student account)
2. Festival - 3% rebate (1.5% into student account)
3. Kwik Trip - 10% rebate (5% into student account)
2. Raise Right - physical gift cards and e-cards
• % rebate varies by Vendor (1.7% - 14%, occasionally higher when bonuses are offered)
• Rebate is split 50/50 between Music Booster General account and student account

• Potential to raise $700+ using these two fundraising opportunities!

Fundraising Opportunities - PMB:

3. Resch Center
1. Work at Concession Stands
2. Hourly wage + tips
3. Funds are distributed as follows:
1. 80% into Music Booster student account
2. 20% into Music Booster general account
3. Funds are distributed quarterly due to variability in tips
4. Average wage = $15-$18/hr.
• $12.00-$14.40/hr into student account
5. Once signed up it is your responsibility to find a replacement.
6. Must be at least 16 years of age to work at the Resch.

• Families in the past have raised enough money to pay for the whole trip by working at the Resch!
