Currently, if there are “n” number of surveys and I want to check on segment level the root cause options on NPS+ widget, I do not have an option to view that at once.

Proposed Solution

The proposed solution is to improvise the NPS+ widget in a manner that if Survey/Segment is selected, all the root cause options gets displayed in the graph so that it’s easier for everyone to make decisions and understand all the factors.
