What’s new?

  • Amazon is no longer a preferred vendor
    • Changed parts of their website that complicated ordering
    • Unreliable shipping
      • Things didn’t come in
      • Things came late
      • A team’s parts came in around end of April
      • A team’s parts came in around mid-February (but for 2018)
      • One team didn’t get any parts at pickup

What’s Project Proposal

  • Track 1:
    • A short description of what your team’s project is going to be
  • Track 2:
    • Like Track 1, but with more planning and documentation

What’s the Parts List?

  • Once you have your project you list out the parts you will need (along with their online vendor)
    • You write a ‘wishlist’ of parts you need
    • We order these parts for you
    • You pick them up on Monday of Build Week
  • If you have to get parts from unsupported vendors (i.e.: eBay, any brick-and-mortar store) we will reimburse the purchase
    • Forms will come out after build week
