Aeries Parent Portal

What is Aeries?

Aeries is FUSD’s student information system, replacing Infinite Campus.

Aeries Parent Portal provides you access to:

• Student grades
• Daily attendance
• Assignments (when applicable)
• Update emergency contacts, medical information, etc.
• You also need to have an Aeries Parent Portal account to complete the mandatory Data Confirmation process.

You can change the language by clicking on the carrot in the right hand corner.

After you log in the Home Page will display:

The current student will always be shown at the top.

You can switch between students by clicking on the carrot

Each section can be collapsed by clicking on the ^.

The sections can be reordered by dragging the Header.

To change your password or email address, select the carrot next to your email:

You are able to edit and update contact information but the school office has to change primary student address and telephone information.

Student Info

Click on the class names to see assignments and locate teacher email.

Attendance

The Attendance Calendar offers a report for your student’s attendance. Student excused/unexcused absences are visible. Any tardies, truancies, or another attendance related information is included.

Click on the Legend to view what the different attendance codes are.

Gradebook

• The Gradebook Summary shows all the classes your student has.
• Click on the class name to open the gradebook with each individual assignment and their grade.
• Check with you students teacher on when they typically update their gradebook so you can stay up to date on their assignments.

You can filter to show only missing assignments.

Report Cards

Report Cards will be available once the grading period closes.

Previous year report cards did not migrate over from Infinite Campus/Illuminate. If you need to access a copy, please contact help@fusdk12.net for assistance.

In the class summary view, you are able to see your child’s classes, gradebook links and grades.

Adding a Student to Your Account

There are two ways to do this:

• Click on the carrot next to your email on the upper right side and select “Add New Student to Your Account”.
• Click on the carrot next to your student’s name and click on “Link a New Student”

Aeries App

• The Aeries Portal App is available on both The Google App Play Store and the Apple App Store.

• We do not recommend using the Aeries App as it is in Beta testing so there are some issues.

​

• If you encounter any issues on the App, you can access the Full Portal by clicking on the (…More) and selecting Full Portal.
