C&I Monday Meetings

14 of 16

  • PLAAFPs must be completed by all teachers.
  • Teachers must submit their PLAAFP information at least five (5) days prior to the scheduled IEP meeting date.
  • PLAAFPs should include current, specific, and measurable information about the student’s academic achievement and functional performance.
  • Teacher input should identify the student’s strengths, areas of need, current performance, and progress toward existing goals, when applicable.
  • We are working on syncing all IEPs to Genesis, including their annual due date.
  • Staff should closely monitor emails from Michelle Mockler regarding students’ annual IEP due dates and any changes to scheduled IEP meeting dates.
  • Please note that IEP meetings are often scheduled prior to the actual annual due date; therefore, the scheduled meeting date, not the annual due date, should be used when determining the five-day PLAAFP submission deadline.
  • Because meeting dates may change, teachers are responsible for reviewing email updates promptly and adjusting their PLAAFP submission timeline accordingly.
