    • El gran tamano y extrema complejidad de las big Tech requiren mucho perfiles muy diversos, muchos de ellos no en el ambito de la computacion
    • Muchas areas de negocio que se cruzan con muchos roles muy diferentes facilitan encontrar el rol que major the calce. Eso no ocurre en empresas regulares.
