ESCAPE THE CAVE

You wake up and find yourself in a cave! You have to find the door and escape!

There’s a lava pit! (Jump forward over pillows 5x)

Click the lava pit to continue!

Fireballs are falling from the sky! Dodge them! (Squat shifts for 10 seconds)

Click the fireballs to continue!

Pick a path by clicking an arrow!

Oh no! You fell into a big hole. Luckily there’s a ladder to help us out! (Upright mountain climbers for 15 seconds)

Click the ladder to go back!

Whew! We avoided the hole below but there’s an enemy here! (½ kneel to stand and kick 5x each side)

Click the monster to continue!

There’s some water! Let’s swim across! (Swimmers for 15 seconds)

Click the water to continue!

There’s a monster! Fight him off with some punches! (Slightly squat and punch 10x on each side while rotating your body!)

Click the monster to continue!

Time to cross the bridge! (Plank on hands for 20 seconds)

Click the bridge to continue!

It’s a dead end! Click the tube or the shovel to continue.

Let’s go through the tube! (5 burpees)

Click the tube to continue!

Let’s dig a hole to the other side! (5 chops on each side)

Click the shovel to continue!

It’s another dead end! Click the sword to go back!

There’s so many monsters! Run away from this one (Run in place as fast as you can for 15 seconds)

Click the monster to continue!

It’s the final boss! Dodge his attacks! (High knee jump 5x)

Click the monster to continue!

Fight him off with your sword! (½ kneel and rotate 5x each side)

Click the monster to continue!

You defeated it! There’s the door!

Click the door to continue!

You made it out! Dance for joy!
