Faculty at a critical juncture to affect successful transition

The faculty has already made significant progress in realizing its vision of a non-departmentalized structure. The work currently being undertaken by the Restructure Steering Committee, working groups, students, staff and faculty members is now focused on developing an engaged new structure and planning for final approval and transition to implementation. This figure highlights key moments in the journey taken to realize the vision. It also notes that the faculty is at a critical juncture, a moment where key proposals need to be provided and endorsed in order to have a complete and coherent design to implement in July 2023.
