In this presentation i will be talking about what 4h is, interviewing my friend Elias, who has his own 4h company.

What 4h even is?
4h is an organization that arranges clubs and other helpful events for children and young people who are starting a new company or other big projects.
The projects and companys are completely the kids own who started it and not dependent on the 4h organization.
In Finland most of the kids who are taking part in those clubs and events are starting a 4h company, not a project.
4h is an abbreviation from words hands, head, heart and healt.

What do you do?
I bake cakes and other pastries for my customers needs. And I also help them with their parties, for example catering.
Why did you think that you would be a good pick for starting your own company?
I have always liked to bake a lot, and I wanted to do it more. Also I did not have job, but I wanted get some of my own money and work experience. Own company filled all this needs.
Did you come up with the idea yourself?
Yes I did. But i got some suggestions from my family to get my idea better.

What did you need to take into consideration starting your business?
You need an idea, and find out how to do all the needed things. Also you need patiense and motivation, all does not happen in one night.
Do you recommend starting your own company?
Of couse! If you feel like you can do it, it will be really helpful for you in the future.

How has the 4h organization played a part in your company?
They gave me a free starting course, advises and support throug out my journey. I could have gotten an insurance from them
What did they teach you in that course?
We had four days studying different thems, one day we had marketing, one day taxes, one day paper work and one day everyting else.

Yes, i got help from it. Specially about the paper work and taxes.
