  • Scouts sign in and take individually

Module 3 sent via email

  • Includes facilitator guide and slides
  • Intended to be a zoom meeting for the troop leadership team

Not optional; give Scouts ownership

Put ILST on the annual plan, twice!

Make sure Scouts know it’s manadatory (make it mandatory!)

Work with SPL to assign teaching roles 2-4 weeks prior

Give them the syllabus; let the Scouts develop their own presentations

Assign adult coaches; help the Scouts prepare/practice

Have adults provide food and all of the resources for the training

Make sure the important points are made, help with reflections
