  • Total number of completed program reviews is still concerning= 72% completion rate
    • Instructional Program Reviews= 49
    • Non-instructional Program Reviews=43
      • Lose ability to address resource needs

  • Accessing data is still confusing.
    • How to access the number of dashboards that are public facing.
    • Reaching out to FCDC to find out what they need.
    • OIE will help get the data that programs want

Trends

  • Many program reviews were effective, and many programs took advantage of creating a narrative around their data
  • Positive feedback on the process in eLumen
  • Well-established goals were apparent
  • Programs reported out on completed goals
  • Programs used feedback from last year to improve their processes
  • AUOs were better developed and aligned to the Institutional Learning Outcomes
