(My personal project)

Notepad using swing (Overview) :-

• To create notepad I use Java swing framework.
• Notepad is still a awesome thing to use and to build also.
• Here, I use File I/O streams to open file.
• Also, in this I create Copy, paste and cut options.
• Thus, this is simple notepad with open menu.

Running Notepad :-

• First of all create file with name of Notepad.java
• Running file in Eclipse :-

1) Create class Notepad.

2) Write code and run.

• Running in Vscode :-

1) Download java extensions.

2) select file Notepad.java

3) Run file.

• Running through command line :-

1) Open parent folder location in command promt.

2) compile using javac Notepad.java

3) Run using java Notepad.java

Conclusion :-

• This is Notepad project using swings.
• Some features are remaining in notepad like save file, save as file but I will try to implement them.
• Duration to complete current project :- 12 hrs.
