How to make the patient visit work better with appropriate preparation (Before)

  • Use the website to teach about conditions BEFORE they come to the office
    • Concern - What if they learn everything will they still come in?
    • My best patients are informed prior to visiting
  • Give them information about the doctor, such as testimonials, welcome video, and welcome book (positioning)
  • Have them fill out paperwork BEFORE they come in
  • Use iPad to make paperwork check-in easier and sync to your EMR
