2026 - 2027
Esther Hudson is excited to join the Fisler Family as the School Nurse. Nurse Esther has been a school nurse for over 25 years and a Fullerton School Nurse since 2020. She is also the School Nurse for Rolling Hills and Preschool Assessment Team at Richman. Nurse Esther is happily married with two very active boys. She enjoys quality time with her family and the outdoors. She loves cheering for older son’s basketball games and listening to her younger son sing.
Sunny Hong is excited to join the Fisler team as the School Clerk. Before stepping into the front office, she spent over 10 years as a teacher. Outside of school, she enjoys spending time with
her husband and two daughters.
As a proud graduate of Sunny Hills High School, she is thrilled to return to the community and serve the next generation of students and families.
Alyssa Moreno will be the Transitional Kindergarten teacher. She has been an educator for the Fullerton School District for 11 years and is passionate about creating a warm and engaging classroom where young children feel safe, confident, and excited to learn. Outside of the classroom, Alyssa enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, Benjamin and Molly, and working on creative projects.
Albert Soliguen will be the Middle School Science teacher and advisor for the Science Olympiad Club. He is happily married and has two children, a son and a daughter. Outside of the classroom, he enjoys spending time with his family and serves as the Head Coach for the Boys Volleyball Program at Sunny Hills.
Jared Balanay is excited to join the Fisler family as the Middle School Physical Education teacher! He looks forward to helping students grow into the best versions of themselves by fostering confidence, teamwork, and a lifelong love for physical activity. Outside the classroom, Mr. Balanay enjoys spending time with friends and family at Disneyland, the beach, and sporting events. Don’t be surprised if you catch him cheering on the Dodgers, Lakers, and Seahawks!
Bill Lynch will be the Middle School Social Studies teacher. He has been married to his wife for 20 years and they have two teenagers together - a son and a daughter. An enthusiastic sports fan, Dr. Lynch's favorite games to watch are the ones his children are playing in.
Kea Hudson is excited to support Fisler this year as the school psychologist! This is Kea’s second year in FSD. Outside of school, she enjoys staying active and participating in all sorts of outdoor activities.
Mr. Esteban Almaraz is excited to join Fisler as the new TK-5th grade Physical Education teacher. He looks forward to working with students, families, and staff to promote health, fitness, and teamwork.
Mr. Almaraz enjoys staying physically active through running and golfing. He also serves as the Head Coach of the Bellflower High School Boys' Cross Country team. A passionate sports enthusiast, he loves sharing his enthusiasm for athletics with others.

Danilo Gutierrez will be the instrumental music teacher for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. As a second year teacher, he is looking forward to creating an uplifting and engaging classroom to foster the musical growth of young musicians. Coming from Cal State Fullerton, Danilo plays the saxophone, flute, clarinet, guitar, bass, piano as well as a variety of other instruments as well as composes and writes his own pieces and songs.
