Integrating Comp Sci and Geo in Gr 3-12

• Cross-disciplinary approach to developing students’ geographical and computational thinking skills as well as their understanding of how geospatial technology is an assistive tool for observing the world at scales from local to global
• Cohort of 12 teachers involved in professional learning and a community of practice over 18 months
• Each developed/adapted and piloted geocomputational learning activities and contribute to curated resources
• Webinars: place names (for national audience); schoolyard environmental analysis (planned)
• District PD workshops (planned): Lodi Unified and Humboldt COE
