BUSINESS MANAGER SETUP

First, go to business.facebook.com or business.facebook.com/overview and click “Create an account” button.

Next, fill in your business name and email in the pop-up, and click “Submit”. The pop-up screen

will then ask you to confirm your email.

Go to your inbox and open the email

with the subject line, "Confirm your business email". Open the email from Facebook and click "Confirm now".

On your Meta Business Manager homepage, you’ll immediately see an Ad Account Performance module. You may need to scroll down to see the Pages module and click "Go to business settings"

Once you click on "Go to business settings," your Business manager settings will open

Under “accounts” tab, click on “Pages”. In this window, you will be able to create a new facebook page.

Click the "Add" button to create a new page.

Choose a category which suits your business. New

Create page” window will appear, In this window, type

your Page name and choose a category, Once you click

on “Create page” button, your Facebook page will be created.

Under “accounts” tab, click on “Ad accounts”. In this window, you will be able to create a new ad account.

Click the "Add" button to create a new ad account.

Once you click on “Create new ad account”. New window will appear. In this window, type your Ad account name. Select timezone

as Asia/Calcutta and Currency as INR, then click Next button.

Once you click on “Next” button, a new window will appear,

In this window, select my business option and click “create” button.

Once the new window appears, Select your name and

click on “Manage ad account” and then Click “Assign”.

Now your Ad account will be successfully created.

Click on “Close” button as you can add Payment details later.

Under “Data sources” tab, click on “Pixels”. In this window, you will be able to create pixels. Click the "Add" button to create a new pixel.

Once the new window appears, Enter your Pixel’s name and click on “Continue”. Now your pixel will be created.

Now click on “Add people” , a new window will appear, Select your name and click on “Manage pixel” and

then Click “Assign”. Now you have access to your pixel.

Now go to “Connected assets” and click on “Add assets” button. A new window will appear, Select your account and

click “Add” button. Now you have connected your

pixels to your Ad account.

Now go to Ads manager by clicking here - facebook.com/adsmanager Now Click on “Create” button & Choose campaign objective

as "sales" and Click Continue button

First name your campaign, then Scroll down and turn on "Advantage campaign budget" and Set your budget

as 800Rs and click Next

In the Adset level, First type your Adset name, and then Choose "Website" as your conversion location and

select “Purchase” as conversion event.

Now scroll down and go to "Budget & schedule" section, choose the specific start date for your campaign and set time as 00:00, and you don't have to set End date.

Now scroll down and go to “Audience” section, In the Audience section you can choose specific

Location , Age & Gender

Your next step is to configure your target audience, In the

detailed targeting” option you can choose the audience based on

your Niche. For example; Here is the image that targets people who are

interested in Digital Marketing Niche and click Next. Once you

click on "Next" you will be taken to Ads level

In the Ads level, First type your Ad name, In the “Identity” tab, select your Facebook Page which you want to represents

your business in ads

Now scroll down and go to “Ad creative” tab, In the media section, you can upload an ad image or video. In the Primary text section, you can paste your Adcopy and In the Headline section you can give a short headline about your product.

Now scroll down and go to “Destination” tab, Select ‘Website’ and paste your Landing page link here.

If you want to test two different image variants under one adset, In the Left side tab, Click on 3 dots on the Ads section and

click on ‘Duplicate’.

If you want to test two different Adsets, In the Left side tab, click on 3 dots on the Adset section and click on ‘Duplicate’. The Adset will get duplicate along with the Ads.

Now go to campaign level and click on “Publish” button. That’s it — you’ve made your first ad campaign on Facebook!
