The Request for Proposal is a written response to an inquiry from (Your company). (Your company) would like more information about the feasibility of converting a two-hundred thousand square foot vertical, fully-automated, and self-growing facility for processing over one million pounds of cannabis annually. This document is not a contract, nor is Torpedopot™ bound by any of the claims made in this document. The Request for Proposal is simply a roadmap that describes Torpedopot™ development methodology. The Request for Proposal draws attention to milestones the project team must undertake to achieve project objectives, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.

Upon written consent from Torpedopot™ Professional Services Division and the client, the contents of this document can be placed in a Statement of Work to be executed as a contract.

Torpedopot™ understands your regulatory framework as well as your technical and biological environment. We are professional growers. Our Infrastructure Assessment and Growing Protocol are designed to merge your plant's physiology into their new growing environment. Your cannabis plants will experience their full lifecycle in your care. Our planters simulate real-world conditions, so you can control taste, look, feel, potency, cannabinoids, terpenes, color, texture, smell, etc. Great for research and development!

Infrastructure Assessments

Torpedopot™ will assess your current designs, architectural layout, piping, HVAC, and facility, equipment, utilities, as well as data collected from sensors, monitoring devices, and cloud services to ensure the future state is sustainable.

Infrastructure Assessment

Imagine having forty-thousand, twenty-foot tall self-growing cannabis towers producing one-million pounds of cannabis annually. When you take into consideration that the system utilizes a fraction of water, space, soil, and labor, to house this much harvest, it is profound. To be successful, we must precisely understand your process parameters, acceptance criteria, and system specifications. Your production facility must sustain full automation. Change in system parameters impacts your plant's growth.

Your plant's complete lifecycle (germination, cultivation, testing, harvesting, processing, and packaging) will take place in one containerized gardening system. Your facility must be able to scale with your operations. Torpedopot™ is a mobile solution that can quickly scale your operations to double production output. Torpedopot™ can scale faster than any growing application in the world.

  • Chemical/Biological Analysis is performed by Torpedopot™ team/client Cultivator to determine if it can you receive a greater yield. Output: Increased Yield
  • Sustainability Analysis is used to determine if the new technology provides predictable and sustainable economic stable return. Output: Predictable yield
  • Social Analysis determines if the planters can be accepted throughout the facility. Research, laboratories, etc. Output : Business acceptability

One of the reasons why our clients love our planters is because you can use soil or liquid nutrients. Torpedopot™ is the best in hydroponics and traditional gardening. Start your plants growing in a fungal media, then switch them over to a hydroponic feeding schedule. Our planters leverage fungal and synthetic substrates. You can easily make changes to the growing environment. When seedlings are underperforming in the soil, you can feed them a nutrient-rich liquid diet. Take control of your plant's behavior.

Independent Monitoring and Reporting

Biological Analysis

  • Plant growth
  • Germination
  • Vegetation health
  • Soil testing

3

Monitoring Reporting

We use an independent third party to conduct testing. The average, it will take cannabis plants approximately (1-7 days) to germinate Your Seeds, (3 weeks – 8+ weeks) for vegetative growth, and (5 weeks – 16+ weeks) for the flowering stage. During the sixth month growth cycle we will analyze the proof of concept. Consequently, there are no federal standards for testing. Typically, states require some type of chemical analysis.

Chemical Analysis

  • Cannabinoids
  • Terpenes
  • Heavy metals
  • Pesticides
  • Fungicides
  • Solvents
  • Moisture content
  • Foreign matter
  • Pathogens such as Escherichia coli, Salmonella, and Aspergillus

Technical Analysis

  • Greater yields
  • Production activities sustainable
  • Substantial economic returns
  • Planter/environment specifications

Social Analysis

  • Applications through out the facility, research, development, nursery, etc.
  • Expanded applications
