Restate the relationship between the Multiply Pathway and the Develop Pathway

The outcome of Launch training is new groups of believers. These new groups are called Multiply Groups. These new believers grow in their faith and learn ministry skills through the Multiply Pathway (discipleship pathway).

The Develop pathway is designed to support and serve the Multiply Pathway by developing leaders for the new groups and churches. Leaders are developed while they are leading Multiply Groups!

IMPORTANT - notice the timing of when the Develop Pathway starts. It is important that the Develop Pathway start as soon as possible so that the new leaders will get the support they need.

Explain the following: The meetings of Develop are done on a monthly basis to support what is taking place during the Multiply group and church meetings. The Develop Pathway is ongoing for at least 2-3 years to help get the new groups and churches established well. Weekly coaching should be used in between the Develop meetings to help support the young leaders.

Movement Leadership Levels

L1 Seed Sower - practices prayer, care, share skills

L2 Church Planter/Leader - is a seed sower and a disciple maker; forms Acts 2 communities and churches

L3 Church Multiplier - is able to identify, equip and empower others to be seed sowers (L1) and church planters/leaders (L2).

L4 Movement Trainer - trains and mobilizes others how they can be L1, L2, L3 for new peoples and places (new target areas)

L5 Movement Catalyst - helps coordinate and supervise multiple generations in multiple streams in multiple locations
