• Ohlone enrolls over 15,000 students per year at three campuses: Fremont, Newark, and online.
• Ohlone offers 189 associate degrees and certificates, including:
• 27 associate degrees for transfer (ADT): CSU

Student Pathways Programs

The Ohlone Student Pathways Programs partners with local schools and school districts to support students through the Onboarding process. This includes, but not limited to general questions, Ohlone application, and Financial Aid. We can connect students to any of the Ohlone student programs and services.

High School Partnership Programs

Dual Enrollment

• Ohlone courses are taught AT HIGH SCHOOL CAMPUS.
• Taught by high school instructor who meets minimum qualifications or by Ohlone instructor.

Dual Enrollment – Enrollment Steps

• Apply to Ohlone (Open CCC/Ohlone Application)
• Complete and Submit Dual Enrollment Permission Packet
• Students will need to contact their Dual Enrollment connect at their high school campus
• DEADLINES
• Monday, November 15th (Preliminary due date)
• Tuesday, January 18th (2nd due date)
• Self-Guided Placement ONLY
• Register for Classes
• Admission & Records will enroll the students in the class on paperwork is received

Early College

• Students (K-12^th) take Ohlone courses on campus or online.
• Available Fall / Spring / Summer
• K-9^th grade have a list of 8-9 classes to choose from
• 10^th-12^th grade can take ANY CSU/UC transferrable course

Transfer Agreements

Associate Degrees for Transfer (ADT): CSU

To be eligible for ADT:

• 60 CSU transferable units
• CSU GE Breadth or IGETC (Intersegmental General Education Transfer Curriculum)
• A major or area of emphasis consisting of at least 18 CSU transferable units
• Minimum 2.0 grade point average (GPA)

Transfer Admission Guarantee (TAG): UC

UC TAG Steps:

• Create a UC Transfer Admissions Planner
• Meet with a counselor to create a SEP and discuss TAG requirements
• Attend a UC TAG workshop during or after first semester at Ohlone College
• Meet with a UC rep for further requirements and TAG planning
• Visit the Transfer Center for all your transfer questions and resources
• Students can only TAG ONE UC campus through agreement
