This year, we’re thrilled to announce an expansion of our Intramural Sports Program, now offering more locations and opportunities for students across all grade levels!

Winter Sports Preview:

  • KickballMadera (Grades K–6)� Wednesdays (2:30–4) & Fridays (1:15–2:30)�
  • SoccerClovis & Atwater (Grades 4–12)� Wednesdays (2:30–4) & Fridays (1:15–2:30)�
  • Flag FootballKingsburg (Grades K–12)� Mondays (2:30–4) & Wednesdays (2:30–3:45)

Registration Window: December 1st–12th�Winter Season: January 12th–February 20th (6 weeks)

This expansion allows more students to participate, build teamwork skills, and enjoy structured physical activity while connecting with peers across regions.

Join our Curriculum team to explore books that support your homeschooling journey. We will meet virtually on Mondays at 2 pm on 11/3/25, 11/17/25, 12/1/25,and 12/15/25. Our first book will be Reading Magic: Why Reading Aloud to Our Children Will Change Their Lives Forever by Mem Fox.

Parent Advisory Committee Bylaws

Article I: Name and Purpose

Section 1: Name

The name of this organization shall be the Yosemite Valley Charter Parent Advisory Committee, hereinafter referred to as the "PAC."

Section 2: Purpose

The Parent Advisory Committee (PAC) reviews and provides comments on the proposed Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP). Following approval of the LCAP by the school district governing board, the PAC shall review a minimum of one time per year the implementation of the plan and comment on the effectiveness of the program with district officials using the state and county criteria in California Education Code Section 52060.
