  • A GREAT GROUP OF VOLUNTEERS MET AND HELPED IN DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF IDEAS TO FURTHER OUR MISSION:
    • PROVIDE INFORMATION AND RESOURCES FOR MEMBERS TO SUPPORT THE GOALS OF THE RACC WMA YEARLY WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT PLAN. WHILE EACH PROPERTY OWNER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING AND DOCUMENTING AT LEAST THREE ACTIVITIES FROM OUR PLAN ON THEIR PROPERTY EACH YEAR, THE COMMITTEE IS ESTABLISHED TO FACILITATE THOSE EFFORTS.

  • COLLECTED AND POSTED TO WMA WEBSITE PICTURES WITH CAPTIONS OF SUCCESSFUL ACTIVITIES AT RACC IN OUR FIRST YEAR TO PROVIDE EXAMPLES FOR LANDOWNERS.

  • MAP RACC USING TPWD SOFTWARE TO SHOW ECOLOGICAL AREAS (GRASSLANDS, OAK SLOPE FOREST, HARDWOODS IN CANYONS) – CHECK IT OUT ON WEBSITE. THIS INFORMATION CAN BE USED FOR FUTURE PROJECTS TO IDENTIFY PRIME AREAS FOR POTENTIAL COMMUNITY-WIDE PROJECTS SUCH AS PLACEMENT OF WATER GUZZLERS, FERAL HOG TRAPPING, ETC.

  • SONGBIRD NEST BUILDING ACTIVITY. WE HAD QUITE A FEW MEMBERS TURN OUT AND THEY BUILT SOME FANTASTIC BIRD HOUSES TO TAKE HOME, INSTALL, AND CHECK OFF A HABITAT ACTIVITY FOR 2021.

  • LAND MANAGEMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM. WE DID THIS FOR OUR LOT AND FOUND IT VERY USEFUL TO GET SOME EXPERT OPINIONS ON LAND MANAGEMENT FOR WILDLIFE. SEE OUR REPORT FOR LOT 143 ON RACC WMA WEBSITE.
