-Mozilla Festival East Africa 2015.
-Establishment of the Hive Learning Network.
-Localization meet-up at Makerere University.
-Webmaker Campaigns
-Firefox OS workshop at Ndejje University.
-The community has a hierarchical set-up constituting of the community lead, community manager and functional area leads. The functional area leads form the working committee that defines the strategic for their respective area. Other leadership roles are tied to specific skills such as events organization, accounting etc. Roles are reviewed annually or as need arises.
-Activities in the community are planned quarterly and responsibilities assigned to each member. At the end of each quarter, we meet to review what has been achieved and how we can do better.

The MozUP started commenced back in March 2015 with the object being, to bring together the Mozillians of the entire state of UP. We believe technology innovation and web literacy are critical to sustainable economic growth and social development. At MozUP, we incessantly work on the aspects that make a real difference in the lives of thousands of people. Till now, we had done over 10 events in 7months in 3 different cities , 7 new FSA clubs was formed, 50+ students registered themselves as an FSA with over 500+ event attendee & we have launched webmaker club & womoz in Uttar Pradesh.For More Info

- We launched the Firefox OS in Egypt with Orange. All devices is out of stock within few days Firefox OS was highly popular in sales.
- we selected from the ministry of youth in Egypt to represent Egypt in the Arabic united conference at KU as one of the best community in Egypt for year 2015
How is the community organized? Mozilla Egypt Community is grow quickly to be a big Community, so we build new structure/way. The new structure depend on the core team that will handle all the community and Firefox club in each city to help us to make events or build community there, The new structure.
Goals for 2016:
- increase web literacy at our school
- Succeeded to apply a training program for our Mozillian
- Make FSA program more effective.
- Broke into new areas of contributions not only community building and L10N.

Firefox Tianshan Tour�In 2015 we created four schools in four Firefox club, organizing activities 60 sessions, there are 5,000 students participate in our activities, an increase of 4 people volunteer, partner schools increased two held a youth network literacy survey, there are four hundred people participate.�

MozTW is a self organized community around moztw.org website, various l10n projects, events and community space. Local Mozillians gathering at weekly MozCafé meetups, a really active Telegram group (with 200 people) and also on mailing list.
Goals for 2016: Keep the community active, grow new leaderships, share our experience and help neighbor regional communities.
