Recommendations

THANK YOU

  • Fruits tend to be cheaper on Monday and Thursday. He should buy more fruits on Monday or Thursday and keeps it in stock (In proper condition).

  • On the overall, Niraj makes the least profit on Tuesday. He should buy and hence, sell more of apples which generate high revenues and high profits.

  • He can start a new scheme that ‘if anyone buys 2 Kgs of Apple the a packet of ‘kiwi’ will be free’. This scheme further increases the sale of ‘Apple’ and also attract the customer attention towards ‘Kiwi’.

  • The shop is located in urban area. He can start ‘Home delivery service under specific range (KMs)’. This will increase the expenditure but also increase the revenue by increasing sales and overall he can make profits and gain more customers.
