OBJETIVO
Despertar pensamentos críticos nas tomadas de condutas nutricionais para hipertrofia e compartilhar com seus pacientes afim de que eles aumentem a adesão ao plano alimentar e entendam a importância do acompanhamento nutricional.

Crescimento dos elementos contráteis (ficam maiores) e uma expansão da matriz extracelular para suportar esse crescimento.
Ingestão proteica adequada, associada ao exercício físico de resistência/força.

São muitas as possibilidade de conduta nutricional a serem tomadas. Que o método de “tentativa e erro” ainda é praticado para conhecer as respostas individuais. Sendo importante compartilhar estas informações com o paciente para que ele entenda a importância de um acompanhamento nutricional a longo prazo.
