ROOM 7 REPORT
Camp to Quarantine Island
Last week Room 7 went on camp to Quarantine Island in the Dunedin harbour. Our camp started with a boat ride in the rain followed by a walk around the island learning about the history and the conservation programmes to protect the plant and wildlife. There were many highlights on camp including fishing off the jetty, exploring the rocky shore, games in the married quarters, scooby strings, meal times, touch tanks at the aquarium and even dissecting a shark! Our camp finished with pizza and play at the park. A wonderful time was had by all.

‘Walk n Wheels’
This week has been a huge success with the kids bringing bikes, scooters, skateboards and feet to school. It was great to see so many bikes and scooters on the field on Wednesday at lunchtime. Thank you everyone for supporting the week.
My little Local Clutha did a story on us for Walk n wheels. Download the app and have aread and see some great pics of the kids.
Now I must confess I didn’t take any photos of our students at Athletics on Monday. I am sorry, but it was a bit of a busy day.
