NOTICE REQUIREMENTS

  • Employers Must provide a stand-alone written notice covering:
  • - Workers’ compensation rights
  • - Immigration-related workplace inspection rights
  • - Right to organize/concerted activity
  • - Rights when law enforcement is present

DISTRIBUTION REQUIREMENTS

- All new hires

- All employees annually

- Collective bargaining representatives (if applicable)

**Employers must provide current employees with the opportunity to

name an emergency contact by March 30, 2026, and upon hire

For employees hired after March 30, 2026.
