  • Starts with the Program Plan Approval [Done]
    • Program Plan identifies priorities/deliverables
    • Deliverables feed into budget
  • Budget is based on expected revenues and implementing initiatives & related costs
  • Includes recovery of 2020 start-up costs and on ongoing operating costs dependent upon calendar year of budget

  • To help the MPWG, the first onboarding-budget was prepared by the EMO.
  • It is reviewed and edited by the MicroProfile Community.

  • The budget is approved by ballot by the Steering Committee
