Micrograph Competition Guidelines

Eligibility

• You must be a registered attendee of the conference to enter the competition.

Submission Requirements

• Submit 1 or 2 original micrographs.
• Acceptable formats: SEM, TEM, or other microscopy techniques.
• Original images only – they should not be significantly altered.
• Micrograph must have:
• White background only (no coloured backgrounds).
• Saved in PDF or PPTX format (your choice).

Anonymity Guidelines (Double-Blind)

• Do not include your name or any identifying information on the submission.
• Only include your abstract ID for reference/numbering purposes.

Submission Process

Upload the PDF or PPT file using the Google Form provided by the organizers.

Onsite Instructions

• The conference secretariat will print the submitted micrographs.
• During registration at the conference, you can:
• Collect your printed micrograph(s).
• Paste them on the designated display area.
