Operation Hot Topic

Escort the enemy Spotter back to his Headquarters.

Your Spotter has been captured by enemy infantry.�Now held hostage, he is willing to expose your army’s war crimes to his regiment. To file his report, he must safely reach his Headquarters.

�Your mission is clear:

Stop your own Spotter before he reaches HQ.

The enemy team must escort and protect him.� Your team must hunt him down and eliminate him at all costs.

Restriction

Follow your escorts to your destination (HQ)

�

  • The Spotter must remain behind or alongside his escort detail at all times. Advancing ahead of the escort is forbidden.�
  • If all of Spotter’s escorts are dead, Spotters need to backup to where they respawn.

​

  • The Spotter may only redeploy using his outpost. Upon death, he must respawn on his outpost and start over.�
  • The Spotter is allowed to be transported in a troop transport truck only�
  • Spotter may not disclose the locations of outposts, garrisons, or any other team assets.�
  • Do not kill the enemy Spotter. You must defend him.�
  • The escort unit (2) are to be defined in advance by the commander.

If a Spotter reach his destination :

The Spotter and his escorts redeploys and start from his outpost in the enemy HQ.

​

Scoring Rules

  • Successfully escorting the Spotter to Headquarters awards +5 points.
  • If the escorted Spotter is killed, the escorting team loses -1 point.
  • Eliminating your Spotter awards +1 point to your team.

Feedback

  • Let the recon spotter roam free
  • Restrict access to the first 2 lines to each teams to avoid camping
  • Do it without nameplates
  • Have two spotters instead of one
  • Escort your spotter instead of the enemy spotter
  • Restrict the AO if not enough trooper
  • Make the spotter on the same team but wear white
