Before we start.

�You’re about to carry out some maintenance on your Cowboy bike. Before going further, we advise you to do the following steps:

Some parts may be dirty and greasy, it is recommended to protect your floor and your clothes.

If you have a bike stand, we advise you to use it. If that’s not the case, you can put your bike against a wall or solid furniture.

— 8mm Allen key

— Crank puller

— Grease

Steps to follow.

01. Remove the crank bolt.

02. Insert the crank puller.

03. Apply grease.

04. Put back the crank arm.

Estimated time: ~5 minutes.

01. Remove the crank bolt.

Put the bike against a wall or in a repair stand.

Take the allen 8mm and turn anti clockwise.

02. Insert the crank puller.

Screw the crank puller in the crank arm.

Then tighten clockwise.

03. Apply grease.

Apply grease with your finger

Avoid to put grease inside the thread.

03. Put back the crank arm.

Put the the crank arm back.

Tighten firmly to 45 Nm, turning clockwise with the Allen 8mm key.
