How it works

AI-Driven Task Analysis

Tasks are identified

Tasks that are currently assigned to the current user and are in status categories “in progress” or “to-do” captured by Jira API

AI analysis of patterns

AI identifies task completion patterns and determines most productive hours for every task

Creating timeline or priority matrix

Tasks presented in a calendar view or separated by priorities in the Eisenhower matrix

AI task sequence optimization

AI categorizes tasks by importance, timelines, and estimates, hence optimizing task sequence

Feedback Loop

Run the scheduler again until you are satisfied with the results.

Change results delivered by AI

Take full control on the results delivered by AI: Change calendar schedule, or move issues in the matrix

Prioritization Logic

What AI considers when working on your issues?

5

Priority Levels: AI tends to address high-priority issues first.

Estimation and Time Management: AI applies the best practice of tackling high-priority, high-effort tasks early to ensure they don't become blockers in the future.

Overdue Status: While this is a critical factor for AI, it's always weighed against the other priorities. The fact that some issues were allowed to reach their due date might indicate other business decisions were made to delay them or that there were external dependencies.

Task Continuity: Once a task is supposed to be started, AI tends to make sure it is scheduled up to completion (or as close to completion as possible) before moving on to another task, considering lunch breaks and day shift ends. This minimizes the cognitive load associated with task switching and ensures that tasks aren't left in a half-finished state.

Efficiency: There's an efficiency gain in completing smaller or high-priority tasks first. By quickly addressing and closing out these tasks, you free up space and cognitive capacity to focus on larger tasks without the distraction of many pending tasks.
