Pack Camp Weekends - Check In

• Check In Begins at 10 AM on Friday
• Lunch at 12:30 PM in the Dining Hall
• Medical Checks

Webelos/AOL Weekend - Check In

• Check In Begins at 10 AM on Thursday

Check Out

• Sunday Dinner is the last Family Style meal
• Closing Campfire will be Sunday evening (over by 8:00 PM)
• You can leave on Sunday evening or first thing Monday morning
• Monday Morning – Continental Breakfast available
• Check-out at the Program Hall to receive your medical

Medicals and Clearances

• All Scouts and Adults must have
• BSA Medical Form
• 2-3 Nights = A, B
• 4 Nights = A, B, C
• LHC Supplemental Medical
• All Adults
• Must have PA Act 153 Clearances (if living in PA)
• PA Child Abuse History Clearances
• PA State Police Criminal Record Check
• FBI Fingerprinting OR LHC Resident Volunteer Verification OR Non PA Resident Disclosure Statement
• Must have a copy of their YPT Certificate

Medication

• Units are responsible for medication management
• Bring a lock box for storage
• Locking refrigerated storage is available in the program hall

Leadership Requirements

• Family-centric Camping
• Two-Deep Leadership
• Two registered leaders aged 21+ or over at all times required
• Units with youth females must have a least one registered 21+ female in camp at all times
• 1 Adult to every 4 youth required
• Unit Leaders are responsible for supervision
