SPACE RESET GUIDELINES

GENERAL EXPECTATIONS!

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Bringing dishes down and either loading dishwasher and running it if full, or handwashing thoroughly.
  • Sweep up any debris that was created / left behind.
  • If there are any spills or mess, clean with spray cleaner or wet cloth!
  • After hosting guests on the 2nd fl or at the end of the day when using the 2nd fl, check the trash cans. If they’re 70+% full, please take the bags down to the big kitchen trash cans.
  • Vacuum rugs if shoes are used on them.
  • Put furniture and equipment back as you found it.

When you use the space, you are responsible for cleaning up after yourself and your guests!

SPACE RESET GUIDELINES

“The Meditation Room / Library”

  1. After events, or if guests had shoes on, vacuum the rug! (Vacuum is in mop closet)
  2. Create a double table on “legs” 2 clipped milk crates tall. The two tabletops can share the middle “leg.”
  3. Some chairs should go around the doube table.
  4. Everything else should be neatly arranged along the walls.
  5. Please make sure lights and AC are off and windows remain closed!
  6. Reminder to sweep up all debris, and clean any spills!

“The Living Room”

  • Set up one table 3 milk crates high near the back of house.

  • Set up with two door panels on top of two milk crates to make one large desk.

​

  • The rest should go against this wall no higher than 7 (seven) milk crates.

SPACE RESET GUIDELINES

“PA System”

  • Turn all levels down (white dials) before you plug in or unplug your audio device to avoid a pop.
  • The speakers should only have a power cable, the left audio out connected to the speaker and the right audio out (long cable) connected to the other speaker. All other cables should go back in the audio cable milk crate.
  • All EQ (green dials) should be set to 12’ o clock (as shown in photo).
