Signing Up For Meets and Jobs on www.willowswave.com

  1. Under Meets & Events click on Signup Calendar

2. Click on Meet Entry to sign up your swimmer(s)

3. Click on Edit to change the status of your swimmer(s)

4. From here you can choose the status of your swimmer(s) for this meet. Please choose attending if they will be participating and not attending if they are not. Children left undeclared will not be added into the meet and we will assume they are not participating. HIT SAVE WHEN DONE at the bottom.

*If it is a Wednesday meet you must sign up by 10:00 AM the Monday before the meet

*If it is a Saturday meet you must sign up by 10:00 AM the Wednesday before the meet

5. After you hit save it will bring you back to the previous screen where you can hit the sign up for job shifts button

6. Choose the adult you want to sign up for jobs

7. Pick which job you want to do for this meet and hit SAVE ASSIGNMENTS when done. You must complete all of these steps for every meet.
