• Create virtual offices, which are always online full-time for administrative purposes, so that units and individuals who need to contact with the offices
• Online communication tools

Application of Microsoft Team in working online

• Create an environment to process documents directly on the network, process work files at the same time, get instant feedback between members like a face-to-face working environment.

• Allowing access to reports on working activities of individuals and units.

Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) 

The Institute of Technical Education has organized online TVET training courses for a number of colleges in Ho Chi Minh City.

Digital learning

In the second semester of the academic year 2019-2020, HCMUTE has organized 477 classes applying digital learning.

• In the first semester, the school year 2020-2021, Digital Learning Center has successfully organized 110 classes

Other Activities

HCMUTE and GAM RAVTE organized 2 seminars on August 27 - 28, 2021 relating to the effects of Covid 19 on education and effective methods of applying digital technology in teaching.
