During this 60-minute working session you will walk us through what a high performing Outbound SDR Team means to you (5 mins), Pipeline Generation Plan (15 mins), Enabling your team (15 mins), and your approach to Recruiting (15 mins). Please see the speaker notes of each slide for additional direction.
Each topic could easily take several hours on its own, so we're just looking for a conversation. Don't go overboard on preparation or detail. The goal of the working session is to give us both a sense of what it'd be like to work together, make sure we have a shared understanding of the role and goals, and accelerate how quickly we can get you fully productive.
