Life Design and Alumni Engagement can go hand in hand. Le Moyne College has initiated a Career Conversations Program connecting current, curious students with alumni who can answer questions about career, wayfinding, and more. The process is not overwhelming to implement and manage, and the conversations that occur are impactful.
