Based on the aforementioned problem, we want to solve the issues from the signals that users are decreasing in terms of page sessions, and how to increase the number of activated users as well as the usability that hits the revenue.

To solve the problem, we are going to encounter it with the initiatives to build a required features that allows user to have advanced experiences in our app. The features include, save to collection, user preferences, and user generated content

Goals and Success

The goal is to attain 8 million active users by increasing the number of activated users after the number of downloaders. Furthermore, the success criteria are to be able to expand usability, to increase the number of articles written each week and to generate more premium transactions, all of which contribute to revenue growth.
