Prinsip Turbidimetry�Untuk pemeriksaan kimia darah biasanya full otomatis prinsipnya ada 2

  1. Metode Spektrofotometri: menggunakan cahaya yang diarahkan ke sampel, dan akan diukur perubahan intensitas cahayanya (turbidimetry/kekeruhan sampel)

1. End Point

Adalah metode pengukuran dimana setelah jangka waktu tertentu,reaksi berlangsung hingga selesai, sehingga semua substrat (zat yang diukur) diubah menjadi produk, dan absorbansi larutan reaksi tidak lagi berubah.

Biasanya metode ini dilakukan pada pemeriksaan parameter: ALB, TP, GLU, TC, TG, CRE, UA, HDL, dan LDL.

Adalah metode pengukuran berdasarkan aktivitas enzim. Nilai absorbansi dipilih secara terus-menerus, periode linear dalam hasilnya dihitung berdasarkan perubahan nilai absorbansi tiap satuan waktu
