How to connect to a

Hotspot

  1. Plug in your hotspot so it can charge. USB cable and charger are in the box. �
  2. Turn the hotspot on.�
  3. Turn on student Chromebook.���
  4. Click the wi-fi icon in the lower right corner. �
  5. Select the wireless network: OSD-Jetpack. No password is needed. �
  6. Chromebook should now be connected to the internet via the hotspot.

Tips:

Charge your hotspot often.

Find a spot in your home that offers the best signal. You might have some “dead spots” in your house, just like when you use a cell phone.

  • Conecta el hotspot para que pueda cargarse. El cable USB y el cargador están en la caja. �
  • Encienda el hotspot.�
  • Encienda el Chromebook del estudiante.�
  • Haga clic en el icono de Wi-Fi en la esquina inferior a la derecha.�
  • Seleccione la red inalámbrica: OSD-Jetpack. No necesita contraseña. �
  • El Chromebook ahora deberia estar conectado al internet a traves del hotspot.

Consejos:

Cargue su hotspot con frecuencia. Encuentre un lugar en el hogar que tenga mejor señal. Es posible que tenga algunos “puntos muertos” en la casa, como cuando usan un celular.
