  • Keep the bag at the Baggage Counter
  • Material will be provided against the Reading Card
  • Material should not be taken outside the Library premises
  • Otherwise fine of Rs.100/- per day will be charged

Home-lending Facility

  • Against the Library Cards
  • Two library Cards to each student
  • Book will be issued for home lending against Issuing Card for one week
  • Current reading material & Internet surfing against Reading Card
  • Students must get their library card issued before the last date given
  • Otherwise late fee of Rs. 50/- will be charged

Duplicate Library Card

  • Inform the Librarian about the lost library card immediately
  • Fine has to be paid for Duplicate Library card
  • Student will be responsible for any loss which library may incur through misuse of the lost Library card

Recommendation & Renewal of books

  • Can recommend book if not available in the library
  • Can renew the book if not in demand
  • Not more than two renewals are allowed

  • Check the physical condition of the book before borrowing
  • Don’t sub-lend the library card / library book
  • Maintain silence
