How does it work
Using the standard plastic bag called pouch, the astronaut takes the already prepared dough from the dispenser and inserts the pasta (pizza or bread) into the machine

It is hooked and fixed by means of a quick hooking / unhooking system
High attention to safety
ISSpizza meets very strict requirements, imposed by NASA in terms of compatibility with the systems already present on board and those interfacing with astronauts

It is equipped with an innovative device that allows cleaning of the pizza / bread delivery line
The pizza / bread dough circulates at room temperature until it reaches the ISO of a normal coffee machine, the pressure allows to inject, heat and solidify the dough in the flat oven
