Moment 7: Matchmaker suggests a set of projects based on the information Professor James entered. He looks at the project matches in depth and marks his favorites.

Moment 8: The client also marks Professor James’ class as a favorite. Now that there is mutual interest, Professor James is prompted to use an auto generated email template to contact the client to set up a negotiations meeting.

Moment 9: After the email exchange, Professor James and the client negotiate expectations and goals in person

Moment 10: Professor James receives a follow-up email from Matchmaker checking if he and the client agreed to work together; they both confirm that they plan to work together.
