  • TSDSI transposed release 3 documents of oneM2M are approved by TEC Consultative Committee (CC) as part of the process of making them National Standards.
  • CC Report submitted to TSAC

TP#54 held 9-13 May’22

in ETSI Sophia Antipolis/Hybrid

  • 3 TP sessions, 3 ad-hoc sessions and 11 WG sessions were held
  • 11 (26 experts) TSDSI IMs attended
  • NSGM made a contribution on Smart Metering Use Cases to RDM

  • Telecom Standards Advisory Committee (TSAC) of TEC held a meeting on 11th April 2022 to consider TSDSI transposed standards of 3GPP “Series 33” Release 15 and Release 16 documents.
  • They have released the documents for Public Comments (Wider Circulation) for a month.
  • A consultative Committee of experts was also constituted to consider the comments received, if any and submit it’s recommendations to the TSAC.
  • TSAC of TEC requested TSDSI to arrange a Webinar by 3GPP security expert for consultative committee members & other TEC officers to make them more aware on objectives, structure and features of 3GPP security documents etc.
  • These documents (among may other aspects) relate to security architecture, cryptographic requirements, lawful interception & handover interfaces, security assurance catalogues, protocols & procedures, security aspects of machine type communications, network domain security, mission critical services, support to V2X, security aspects of 5G network slicing management, Generic Bootstrapping Architecture (GBA), security aspects of Public Warning System (PWS), security assurance of functions like Access and Mobility management Function (AMF) /  UDM / SMF / AUSF / Security Edge Protection Proxy (SEPP)  ……… and many other security / security assurance related subjects / aspects.
