How to handle disappointment

  • It is perfectly valid to not be happy with not getting the role/position you wanted or the outcome of the cast/crew list.
  • Don’t lash out at others or make decisions when you are upset.
    • Ride the emotions and then come to a decision.
  • Take a breath and a break.
    • Distract yourself for a bit and then revisit it.
  • Take time to consider the pros and cons of being in the production.
    • It might still be a fun experience.
  • Handle it with grace.
