My Favorites
Hello! I am so excited to have you in my class! This is my 15th year teaching. Prior to coming to MES, I taught 6th Grade ELA at MMS and coordinated gifted enrichment programs in the community. I earned my Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees from McKendree University and enjoy being involved in my school community!
My husband and I have two children, a three-year-old daughter named Nora and a 15-month old son named Hank. We love to go on adventures as a family; this summer we vacationed to the beach and the mountains! Soon we hope to adopt a puppy to train as a therapy dog. We love to have fun together! I know our class will have lots of fun while we learn and grow together this year!
