Why isn't UDL being used in the classrooms?

When will teachers start to teach like this?

I feel that in some classes the teacher doesn't like to do a variety of different things because they are all that familiar with it so they stick with what they know even though it is harder for the student.

I have felt that I was not good at a certain subject because there was always one way to do something.

Usually teachers just want to teach you the way they learned it but don't think of other ways to show us.

It can help them shine in a way they will feel comfortable in and a way that they will understand.
