Instructions and clarifications for filling out the Early Admission Form
Please note this Early Admission Application Form is to be used by students who have a serious and compelling reason as to why they must declare the IS3D major prior to meeting our admission criteria. This application will be reviewed by the our IS3D program director. Please make sure to submit all required documents and provide a detailed explanation outlining the admission criteria that have yet to be fulfill a clear description of how those criteria will be met.
This page tells you the intent of this application and the components of the early admission application. Please note the Early Admission Form includes building your Custom Plan, and as such it requires your time and attention. Please block off time to complete the form in its entirety.

This page is intended to determine your eligibility to the major based on your GPA. Your GPA must be a 2.0 or above to be admitted to the IS3D major.

PLEASE NOTE: You do not need to have completed your language requirements to join the major. This question is to make you aware of the language courses required to GRADUATE with the major.

Be sure to scroll down to see all of the disciplines you may select from. The last one in the list is “Women’s Studies”.

When the discipline selection page is completed, it should look like this! Make sure this section is correct, as it impacts the rest of the survey.
If you drag one and then remove it, it will reappear at the bottom of the list of discipline options.
All each box must have one discipline in order to move on. Do not put more than one discipline per box.
