UPCOMING TASKS – THRU DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

  • Complete Spring Township and BCCD submissions (first for LP, Southern to follow)
    • Getting DEP ‘on the clock’
    • Begin obtaining approvals from Spring Twp Planning Commission
    • Obtaining necessary zoning relief through ZHB
  • Finalize process of obtaining right of way to West Wyomissing Court
  • Continue Interior designs for Southern MS
  • Continue building design development documents; ultimately to issue 100% DD packages to Mr. Simcox for review
  • Begin obtaining site data for Southern MS – borings, water flow/pressure

WILSON HIGH SCHOOL – PERFORMING ARTS PROJECT

CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

  • Steubner’s first baseline schedule issued 04/11/2024 - four months after NTP
  • Submittals and shop drawings remain significantly behind
  • Early initial questions about undocumented existing underground piping
    • Some active, others abandoned in place
    • Methods for temporary rerouting offered as specific information came in
  • Contractors continue to submit schedules without indicating recovery strategy in spite of contract requirements
  • Contractors applications for payment are intrinsically tied to construction schedule; CRA Construction Administration will be enforcing schedules to be submitted with recovery plan in order for pay applications to be approved
